Patrimony Edge

The strategic value implementer.

Our Team

Patrimony Edge was founded by two values-driven professionals

Gergely Gazdag, Founding Partner

Gergely Gazdag, Founding Partner

Gergely GAZDAG

Gergely Gazdag is the founding partner of Patrimony Edge, a boutique consulting firm specialising in solving problems that founders and top management of start-ups and mid-size businesses face. He has extensive experience and knowledge in helping his clients solve key scalability constraints, tackle tough competitions, explore nascent markets, enter the right market, and manage transformations. Gergely has first-hand experience in start-ups as co-founder and chief strategy officer in industries ranging from renewable energy, web development and growth marketing agency.

Gergely is a firm believer in “learning by implementing”: deep understanding and implementation of theories and creating a feedback learning loop with their clients. He facilitates effective learning of leaders through tailor-making strategic management, innovation, and decision-making theories to fit the most critical issues at hand during implementation. His latest area of interest and implementation is exploration of new strategic options for resource-constrained organisations: he has recently conducted research, advised mid-size companies and driven implementation programmes on this unexplored but novel way to capture value.

Gazdag has a master’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. His master’s thesis won the top prize in strategy and change management in Hungary's most prominent national competition. In addition, he also gained a master’s level postgraduate diploma with distinction in strategy and innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is a member of the Strategic Management Society.

Gazdag enjoys playing table tennis and blitz chess, and he loves exploring unique places with his family.
